·   Accomplished increased third party audit ratings: 85% in the PNW and 89% in the RMR. Was commended by the customer for exceeding the ratings as a first time ever for a turf vendor.

·   Managed and allocated resources; consecutively in OEM and in the deployment of construction activities for five UMTS 2^nd Carrier program(s), totaling 850+ sites. Oversight of project scoping, development, construction, entitlement and budget management. Handled high level department issues, while ensuring policies and procedures were employee-supportive, and successfully executed. Served as a key decision maker in selecting the latest and required systems and tools.

 

Accomplishments:

 

·   Successfully launched over 750 sites for the AT&T mobility 2^nd Carrier program within 10 months of deployment in the Pacific Northwest market.
